The Responsible Factory Initiative (RFI), an initiative of the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA), provides factories with access to a suite of tools and services that improve labor conditions, health and safety protocol,  environmental practices, and alignment with the RBA Code of Conduct, no matter the factory’s level of maturity. Factories that are members of the RFI join the RBA community of the world’s leading companies working together to advance supply chain practices.

Factory Programs

RFI programs allow members to choose the ways they participate in the RFI, from self-service access into the RBA’s eLearning Academy to in-depth engagements through Advisory Services. However members engage, they will tap into leading resources for their continuous improvement journey.
